Two media tidbits this afternoon from Washington-area companies: XM Satellite Radio, based on Florida Avenue, has agreed to a deal with the New York Times to start carrying some of its content. DCRTV tracked down a tidbit that Baltimore-based Sinclair Broadcasting is looking to cut back its news operations across the country.
