2005-08-04DEMS HEARTENED BY NARROW LOSS IN OHIO By Dan Sewell / Associated Press CINCINNATI - Even though their candidate lost, Democrats said Wednesday that their close second-place finish in an Ohio congressional election gives them momentum heading into 2006. The GOP said Democrats shouldn't read too much into the result. Former state Rep.
